Job Summary Your primary responsibilities will include promoting apprenticeship benefits, facilitating Levy Transfer funding opportunities, and providing comprehensive administrative support. This includes conducting due diligence, managing application processes, issuing and tracking documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employers and training providers, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations. Responsibilities Issue necessary documentation to Levy Transfer applicant employers and learners in accordance with standard operating procedures. Liaise with subject matter experts on contractual queries and serve as the primary point of contact for employers and training providers. Perform due diligence checks on Levy Transfer applicants. Administer the Levy Transfer application process by following prescribed procedures. Update the CRM system and keep the Levy Transfer portal up to date. Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years demonstrable experience in an administrative role, preferably within the education or training sector. Proven experience working with customers using strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to question and seek out information. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Ability to understand and explain the benefits of apprenticeships and Levy Transfer funding. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly the Word, Excel and Outlook.
