ATypical Day in the Job: Social Media Management - Facebook, Messenger, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Create engaging social media posts Visual, audio and written content creation Analytics and reporting - social media insights and analytics Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £13,000 - £15,000 per annum Monday to Friday 9am 5pm 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Free parking Team building sessions Birthday off Bonus incentives Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role Creative with a passion for social media/marketing Customer Service - Strong communication skills Creativity Passion for learning Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator.
