A Typical Day in the Job: Developandexecuteacomprehensivesocialmediastrategytoenhancebrandvisibilityandengagementacrossplatforms Create,curate,andmanageallpublishedcontent(images,video,written,andaudio)onsocialmediachannels Monitorandrespondtocustomerinteractions,ensuringapositiveonlinepresence Overseecontentmanagementandupdatesofthecompanywebsite,ensuringitisoptimisedforsearchenginesanduserexperience Regularlyreviewwebsiteanalyticstotrackperformanceandidentifyareasforenhancement Managebudgetsandensurecampaignsaredeliveredontimeandwithinscope A nalysetheperformanceofmarketingcampaigns,includingsocialmedia,email,anddigitaladvertising,usingvariousanalyticstools Providedetailedreportsoncampaigneffectiveness,includinginsightsandrecommendationsforfuturestrategies Ensureconsistentmessagingandbrandingacrossallmarketingmaterialsandchannels Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £13,000 - £16,000 per annum Monday to Friday 8:30am 4:30pm 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Staff away days and staff nights out Competition incentives CPD opportunities (paid training courses) Access to marketing equipment (camera, video, microphones, drone etc) Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role Creative with a passion for social media/marketing Customer Service - Strong communication skills Proactive individual Friendly and enthusiastic Passion around the sports/education/fitness industry.
