Apply now and embark on a thrilling adventure where your skills and passion for data will help craft the experiences of tomorrow Purpose of the Role: As a Data Analyst, you will support the Management Information team in producing and distributing several KPIs and business critical reports across all business areas. The ideal candidate has a fine attention to detail and an enquiring mind that leads them into seeing and implementing process improvements. The role provides opportunities to improve existing skills and learn new reporting tools including, but not limited to SQL, SSRS and Power BI. Key Responsibilities: Distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to all business areas. Identify gaps in the current processes used to present MI and make suggestions for improvements. Ensure data captured from external businesses is represented correctly within the central data warehouse. Analyse data received from disparate sources on an ad hoc basis to provide business areas with fixes to issues they have encountered. Turn around data requests from business departments quickly to aid in sales and in resort customer enquiries. The Person: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A keen interest in data analysis. Proficient in using Excel with ability to summarise and present complex data in an easy-to-understand format. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills across different levels within the company structure. Enthusiastic about using new technologies and tools to interpret data. Capable of producing high standards of detailed work to tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Personal Qualities: A keen interest in becoming an MI Analyst. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Highly organised with the ability to multitask. Ability to work diligently at pace. Ability to learn new tasks quickly. Pro-active, delivery driven and highly self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills. High levels of concentration. Confident individual with the ability to work independently.
