Data Analyst Apprentice Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives through the power of data? Through your work, you'll help them gain crucial insights that support their mission to reduce isolation, suicide rates, and provide vital mental health support for men in need. Sean's Place is a leading mental health charity dedicated to improving men's mental health and well-being in the Merseyside area. They offer a range of services, from peer support groups to holistic activities that aim to reduce social isolation and promote positive mental health. As an apprentice, you'll be at the heart of their operations, turning data into actionable insights that support their growth and impact. Your work will influence key decision-making processes and help them better serve the community. Key Responsibilities: Data Reporting & Analysis: Enter and analyse data from various sources, including their CRM system (RIO), to produce meaningful reports for internal management and external stakeholders. Data Visualisation: Convert raw data into easy-to-understand charts and graphs using Microsoft Excel for reports on attendance, demographics, and mental health outcomes. Stakeholder Reporting: Create and analyse reports to be shared with partners like the NHS, Merseycare, Public Health England, and our governing body. These reports will include key statistics on suicide prevention, support received, and client demographics. Data Management: Manage data entry tasks to ensure all information is accurate, up-to-date, and formatted correctly for reporting purposes. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure data is used effectively to inform decision-making and improve services. Attendance Reporting: Track and report attendance trends, a key performance indicator for our growing number of referrals, providing essential insights into the effectiveness of our services. Demographics & Impact Reporting: Produce reports on the age, location, and reasons for referral to support our funding applications and partnership agreements. Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience: Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to present data clearly and effectively. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and creating visual reports. Interest in Mental Health: A genuine interest in mental health services and understanding of the importance of data in improving outcomes. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to overall project goals. Attention to Detail: Meticulous with data accuracy and reporting to ensure all information is correct and useful. Education Requirements: A Grade 4/C in Maths and English is required for this role.
