As part of their ongoing growth, they're now looking for a creative and driven Content Creator Apprentice to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including graphics, videos, blogs, and posts that reflect our mission and goals. Campaign Management: Plan, run, and manage social media campaigns to promote our events, initiatives, and community activities, ensuring alignment with our brand message and reaching the intended audience. Social Media Management: Oversee day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and interactions, while maintaining a consistent and positive brand voice. Analytics & Reporting: Track and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite), and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and other key metrics. Use insights to suggest improvements and optimize future campaigns. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with our online community, encouraging engagement and interaction, and identifying opportunities to grow our social media following. Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share ideas to enhance our online presence. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that social media content aligns with broader communication strategies and community goals. Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience: Passion for Content Creation: Enthusiastic about creating high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms. Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to use them for marketing and engagement. Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to come up with innovative ideas for campaigns, content, and community engagement. Basic Graphic Design & Video Editing: Understanding of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software for creating visually appealing content. Basic video editing skills are a plus. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy. Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, campaigns, and deadlines efficiently. Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a small team, as well as independently. Willingness to Learn: A commitment to ongoing learning and development as part of the apprenticeship program. Educational Requirements: A Grade 5/C in Maths and a Grade 4/C in English is required for this role.
