Katy Sue Designs is offering an exciting Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship, designed to give you the skills and experience to excel in the ever-evolving world of marketing. As an apprentice, youll play a key role in promoting our award-winning silicone moulds and innovative crafting products, loved by cake decorators and craft enthusiasts around the world. You'll help showcase our unique designs, bringing creative solutions to customers globally, and contributing to the success of a brand renowned for its quality and craftsmanship. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, supported by expert training from Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Develop a four-week rolling email campaign plan with our Head of Digital Marketing Creation and execution of our marketing emails to promote products accordingly. Analyse and report campaign performance metrics and optimise strategies based on insights Collaborate with the design team to create compelling email content and visuals Using our large in-house library of content, create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engagement opportunities. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (social media, email and sometimes by phone). Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
