Mira Marketing is looking for a dynamic team player to collaborate across multiple marketing functions within their agency. From analysing PPC performance with cutting-edge tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to developing high-impact email campaigns that drive traffic, you'll have your hands on a variety of exciting projects. You'll also attend engaging events to promote their services, create compelling content for both digital and print, and manage social media accounts, all while working closely with talented internal teams to support their marketing success. In this position, you will work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, supported by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Typical Daily Duties: Collaborate across diverse marketing functions within the agency. Utilise analytical tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads to analyse data and evaluate PPC performance and ROI. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic to client websites. Attend regular events to promote our services and engage with clients. Create compelling content for client websites and offline brochures. Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives. Manage social media accounts. You will receive comprehensive training and support from your workplace mentor and the Baltic team. Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience: A strong passion for digital marketing. Creative mindset with the ability to innovate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A degree in a creative field is beneficial. Minimum Grade 5 in Maths and Grade 4 in English is essential. Salary, Hours, and Benefits: £13,000 Per annum Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 20 Days of holiday plus bank holidays Regular social events to promote team bonding Office-based position, conveniently located near public transport links Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Digital Marketer.
