This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of IT support and infrastructure management. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, gain industry-recognised certifications, and contribute to real-world projects. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship , delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Monitoring and managing the unassigned workload with the Service Desk Resolving 1st and 2nd line technical issues over the telephone, via email, or live chat, in a friendly and professional manner for Littlefish customers Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer experience throughout incident and request lifecycle. Prioritising, progressing, and monitoring IT incidents and requests to ensure they are resolved within the agreed timescales. Working on specific IT projects for customers as directed by the Management team. EG assisting with customer projects, Involvement in larger projects, Maintaining and updating the Service Desk knowledgebase Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM £16,000 Per annum Access to online learning platforms, to help further develop your skillsets. Good face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills Shows initiative and a desire to grow Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and 5/C in English Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support Technician.
