If you're passionate about IT and ready to learn, this role could be the perfect fit In this position, you'll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship , delivered by Baltic Apprenticeships expert training team. A Typical Day in the Job: Troubleshooting IT issues using various tools and techniques. Communicating via phone, email, Teams, ticketing systems, and face-to-face support. Managing password resets, setting up new user accounts, and using Active Directory. Installing and configuring switches, applying patches, and ensuring software is up to date. Rebuilding and installing PCs and devices, as well as building new ones from scratch. Monitoring email quarantines and investigating bounce-back emails. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £16,000 - £19,000 per annum Working hours: Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm, and Thursday/Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break each day) 23 days holiday in year one, increasing to 25 days by year three, plus bank holidays Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge: Technically minded with a passion for IT Eager to learn and grow in the industry Strong communication skills Enthusiastic and proactive attitude Ability to work towards deadlines GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and Grade 5 in English are essential Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship equips you with the skills, qualifications, and real-world experience needed to become a successful IT Support Technician in an ever-evolving industry.
