In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Microsoft Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A typical day in the job includes: What Youll Do: Setting up laptops and peripheral devices (docking stations, screens). Monitoring the IT ticketing system and responding to user queries, troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating incidents or requests as appropriate. Providing orientation and guidance to users on operating new software and computer equipment. Identifying computer or network equipment shortages and placing orders. Assisting in larger projects involving infrastructure changes (servers, networks, and storage) and M365 (SharePoint migrations, tech adoption initiatives, etc.). Contributing to the innovation of the IT environment by researching new technologies and making recommendations. Updating and maintaining documentation. Hours, salary and Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from £13,500 to £16,000 per annum. Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
