As an apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for providing IT Support for hardware, software and network issues, installing computer systems, manage service desk tickets, configure network devices and so much more to reach your true potential In this exciting role, you will work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Apprenticeship, provided by Baltic Apprenticeships, to develop the technical skills needed for a career in IT. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals. Manage and respond to service desk tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of user issues. Support regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system monitoring. Assist end-users with password resets, software installations, and user account management. Help configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers and switches. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team.
