As an IT Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment. Under the guidance of experienced professionals at Rydal Communications, you will gain hands-on experience across various areas of IT, including networking, security, software development, and technical support. In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsofts core business applications and operating systems Provide accurate information on IT products and services Supporting disaster recovery solutions Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and responding accordingly System documentation maintenance and review in ticketing system Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £13,312 per annum Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00 22 days holiday plus bank holidays Team building days out Pension with employer contributions On-site free parking Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Passion for IT Ability to communicate Ability to work as a team Committed to learning Grade 4/C in Maths and 5/C in English GCSE Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an IT Support Technician.
