Typical Daily Duties: Troubleshooting general PC hardware and application issues Maintain server backups and network security Purchasing IT equipment Maintenance and support of the business system Maintain internet and email security Record and document procedures Involvement with cloud technology such as Office 365 and SharePoint Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience: A self-starter within IT field Good communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills General passion in IT A Grade 5/C in English and a Grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role Salary, Hours, and Benefits: Salary will be national minimum wage for your age bracket Monday Thursday 8:15 5:00 Friday alternate 8:15 12:45 and 12:15 16:45 35 days annual leave including bank holidays Westfield Healthcare Cash Plan Pension Free Parking Your Training with Us: Embark on an exciting journey with our expert training team, gaining the skills, qualifications, and hands-on experience needed to excel in IT support.
