Human Resources Internship Opportunity Duration : 6 months Start Date : Immediate (early June at the latest) Location: Must have the legal right to work in the host country Company: A large financial services company Role Overview: This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to begin a career in Human Resources. The role provides exposure to a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, and workplace culture initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR team with ongoing projects and day-to-day operations Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as contracts, letters, and references Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal changes, and offboarding Contribute to HR initiatives focused on wellbeing, diversity, and internal policy updates Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider HR function Candidate Profile: Well-organized with strong time management skills Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work confidentially and meet deadlines Shows enthusiasm for developing a career in HR Previous experience in an office or internship setting is advantageous Currently studying for or recently completed a university-level degree eFCSoSe
