Flourish Education is a family-run education recruitment agency. We've been working with top schools across the Midlands for more than 7 years. It all started back in 2010 when Flourish Education sprouted and the company directors, Grant and Louise, began operating from their home study. Grant and Louise wanted to start a company unlike the companies they had previously worked for - which were big organisations where the personal touch could sometimes get lost. They knew they couldn't necessary reinvent the wheel but they could do some things better, without having the shackles of a corporate company, stifle them.
