ITV, as an integrated producer broadcaster, creates, owns and distributes high-quality content on multiple platforms globally. We operate the largest commercial family of channels in the UK and deliver our content through linear television broadcasting as well as on demand via the ITV Hub and across other platforms globally. We love telly, we’re passionate about content, and most importantly we understand our audiences. Thanks to an impressive 60-year history, our leadership is stronger than ever. We’re creative, collaborative, commercial, and global. And with the right people on board, we’re about to take our business – and broadcasting as we know it – to a whole new level. We’ve also got the kind of inclusive working environment where you’ll never stop learning. One that’s at the heart of popular culture, that’s passionate about new tech, that has a truly international reach, and is incredibly focused on developing our teams; individuals and on the diversity of our workforce as a whole. In other words, it’s somewhere that everyone can thrive. We’re 60 years of TV history - and we’re also its future. Which means there’s never been a more exciting time to join us. We are able to offer two apprenticeship programmes: ITV Apprenticeship Programme (16 + years old) - apprenticeships are right up our street, and we’ve already had a number of people successfully complete our award-winning programme, with many securing great roles in our business. ITV News Traineeship Programme (18 + years old) – an unmissable opportunity to join our News teams on our nine month programme.
Work at ITV, gain a qualification and get paid? You can’t have your cake and eat it, right? Wrong.
Our apprenticeship programme offers you everything you’re looking for – well, apart from the cake. It’s a minimum 12 month PAID programme within one of our departments, and during your time here, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience from working with industry experts, and we’ll guide and support you every step of the way.
Opportunities are available in London, Manchester and Leeds, as well as some of our regional offices, and previous placements have focused on our Legal, Studio Production, News, Business Services, Marketing, Commissioning, Technology, Finance and Global Entertainment departments.
