Helping you find a career in the boiler engineer industry
Plumbers install and maintain toilets, sinks, showers, pipes and other water fittings. They work in private houses, on construction sites and in businesses to ensure that fixtures and fittings work properly. They also fix leaks and maintain heating systems.
Being a plumber requires good technical and practical skills. You may also need to be willing to work at unusual hours if you receive an emergency call. You will need a relevant diploma and many plumbers qualify via an apprenticeship.
