Duties & Responsibilities: Schedule in-person, phone and video conference interviews/meetings in collaboration with regional recruiters, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and external agencies Prepare candidates for interviews by providing job descriptions and confirming logistics Conduct follow-up calls and surveys with hiring managers and new hires for quality control and improvement Collate interview feedback and manage reporting, working with hiring managers and HR across the globe Own and manage the regional recruitment inbox and calendar, delivering on ad-hoc requests and ensuring communications are shared with the relevant parties across the business Maintain excellent data integrity standards to ensure interviews and other recruitment activity is captured in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) near real-time and produce both scheduled and ad-hoc reports for the recruitment and management team Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to help us provide an optimal service Manage relationships with all business departments to develop an understanding of the departments’ people, culture and needs, enabling you to develop a better understanding the role and provide greater support to candidates when preparing them for interviews Education & Work Experience A Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years’ experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, working within a fast-paced environment Experience in Financial Services is advantageous but not necessary Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools is also desirable An interest in Talent Acquisition or the wider world of HR Excellent time-management and organisation skills Experience coordinating panel interview processes Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and provide a candidate-centric service
