School Leavers
If you are confident that a career in accountancy is right for you and you want to get a head start with some relevant 'on the job' experience while you study for your recognised qualification then starting your career with a higher apprenticeship is a good option, the same way some of our Partners did. The added bonus? No student debt.
Let's be clear, we recruit all our apprentices with a view to them going on to complete their respective chartered qualifications.
There's every chance you'll be fully qualified in less than five years, much earlier than if you had attended university and joined us as a graduate. You will have the same options available to you as a graduate does.

As a school leaver, you have the opportunity to join us through two routes:
Audit & Accounts - you will study the AAT Advanced and Professional Diplomas (before progressing to the ACA) Tax - you will study the ATT and then CTA.
