Dill & Bay Restaurant is the realisation of a dream for Head Chef and owner Simon Jones and is the culmination of his desire, drive and determination, along with the support of wife and business partner Remmy. Dill and Bay Restaurant is a fine-casual dining experience that welcomes customers like family and treats them like guests of honour. We have a menu that evolves with the seasons and uses as much local produce as possible to create classic and contemporary dishes. We deliver a relaxed and cosy atmosphere to make our diners feel immediately at home.
