You will be working for a service within the NHS that prepares and cooks meals for patients. Due to the nature of the service and the patients that they are providing the meals for, there is a varied menu of dietary requirements that need to be met and it is the responsibility of the unit to make healthy and nourishing food choices to help patients eat well to improve their physical and mental health and will include starters, main courses and desserts.
