The Larder serves classic and modern British dishes with the best seasonal ingredients. The aim is to use the finest of what the region offers, when it's in season, from the kind of independent producers who have a passion for their specialism. Alongside the changing dinner menu and specials there is a range of lesser-known cuts of steak principally from 100% grass fed, Aberdeen Angus suckler herd, with much of the butchery done in-house.
