Swan has been a proud partner of the iconic Shakespeare's Globe Theatre for a decade. They look after the Globe's bar, restaurant and events spaces, as well as the theatre's cafes and tap houses. Swan founder Diccon Wright has been working with Shakespeare's Globe since the beginning and their vision hasn't changed: they are passionate about delivering consistently high quality, creative experiences using seasonal and locally-sourced produce. They showcase the best of contemporary, British cooking and a proportion of their revenue goes to the Shakespeare's Globe Trust, a charitable organisation set up to further the experience and international understanding of Shakespeare in performance. They also have a sister restaurants in West Malling, Kent and in Spain.
