4 Delivery Ltd is a joint venture between Costain (a global construction company) MWH (a global engineering consultancy) and United Utilities (a large water utility company based in the NW). 4 D were set up in April 05 to implement a #750M environmental improvement capital works programme for Southern Water over the next 5 to 10 years
4 Delivery have offices in Falmer - East Sussex, Horsham, Chatham, and Otterbourne and have many sites across the country ranging from Cardiff to High Wycombe.
