As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Level 3 professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and pupils. Your responsibilities will include assisting in classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to pupils, and helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment in Wandsworth. Do you have: - A bachelor's degree in any discipline or experience with working with children. - A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching and a passion for working with children. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. - Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team. - Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
