EDP - Engineering Development Programme
Our EDP programme is structured to facilitate engineering graduates to achieve chartered status within a five year period. The rotational programme consists of three, one year rotations, with a further two year assignment. The disciplines that are recruited for the EDP programme are; chemical, mechanical and electrical engineers.
PhD Development programme
and CDP - Commercial Development programme
Our PhD and CDP rotational programme consists of three one year assignments. The PhD programme requires graduates with an engineering background while the CDP programme consists of various disciplines such as Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
Industrial Placements
Our industrial placement programme consists of a 12 month assignment at one of our UK locations, starting in the summer of 2017. You will be doing a real job, learning new skills and putting your academic knowledge to practice.
Application Process:
All applications must be made online through our career centre positions within various countries are posted between September and February. Once your CV has been reviewed and you meet the required criteria, you will be invited to a first stage interview Successful candidates will then be invited to join a group assessment centre. The assessment centres are full day events and the outcome of the day is communicated to all candidates within two weeks. Across Europe all our graduates start in September each year.
