If you are in your penultimate or final year of study, or have already graduated and feel you need to experience our firm first-hand, then you can apply for a Vacation Scheme with us. If you are already sure you want to work at A&O, then we encourage you to apply directly for a Training Contract. The choice is yours, as anyone in their penultimate year onwards can apply for either opportunity.
Our Vacation Schemes take place three times a year; in the Winter, Spring and Summer, and you can decide which time of the year suits you best regardless of what year of study you are in. If you do get accepted onto a Vacation Scheme then you will get the opportunity to be assessed for a Training Contract, as well as the opportunity to apply for a week's work experience in one of our international offices in July 2017.
