Job Description

The Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis and producing high quality reports for our clients. They will be goal-orientated and meet deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards. The Analyst will be self-motivated and eager to develop and learn. The requirements of the role are: Report writing Strong Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills is a must and at a minimum, the ability to read and translate Spanish and/or Portuguese into English (additional proficiency in other languages is also desirable) Experience in a relevant industry such as research, journalism, banking or experience in integrity due diligence, business intelligence or investigations industry is desirable, but not essential Research and analysis Demonstrated interest and knowledge in Iberia and/or LATAM and some experience working in the region is also desirable Excellent communication skills including verbal, report writing and presentation skills The ability to research, analyse and present data and condense large amounts of complex information in an accurate, logical, and concise manner Close attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality Ability to consider and assess multiple factors and present solutions Project management Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment A bility to work to budget Ability to follow processes and policies to maintain high quality standards MS Office proficiency The candidate will: Demonstrate inquisitiveness, lateral thinking and clear reasoning Be a highly adaptable team player with the ability to use their initiative Have a continuous development mindset, seek feedback, and enjoy challenges Be proactive and have solid problem-solving and multi-tasking skills Have strong interpersonal skills and good at building relationships Have the highest integrity and ethics Aperio Intelligence offers a highly competitive package which includes hybrid-working, annual bonus, pension, and medical insurance.
