We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team in Leicester About the Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to primary school children, helping them thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience before pursuing your Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students with their learning. Provide one-on-one support to children with various needs. Foster a calm and caring atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Help with classroom management and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: A degree from a UK university; an education-related degree is preferred but not essential. A current DBS check on the update service, or willingness to obtain one. A calm, caring demeanor with a genuine passion for supporting children. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to various student needs. A driving license is preferred, or willingness to travel via public transport. Why Join Us?
