Graduate Performance Analyst - Leading British Hedge Fund - £30,000 - £35,000

Autumnal Partners are recruiting for a Junior Performance Analyst to join a top-performing hedge fund based in London's Mayfair, who will report to the Fund Controllers and Senior Performance Analyst. The right candidate will be interested to progress in a middle office role and is able to work comfortably with a small team, taking ownership of any issues or deliverables. Key responsibilities include : Generating reports that will be prepared from raw data and will include: detailed investor newsletters, return on capital employed, attribution of returns and ad-hoc reporting to the IR and Investment team Drafting investor presentations Preparing and reviewing performance metrics to meet regulatory reporting requirements- Monitoring and reconciling fund performance and exposures on a daily basis Check and adjust daily NAVs and subscriptions/redemptions and investigate discrepancies Confirm daily security price moves via Bloomberg Formulating automated solutions to meet reporting requirements (working closely with the IT development team) Applicants will be recent graduates from a Russell Group university or equivalent with an outstanding academic record ideally in a STEM subject. You will be a strong Excel user capable of manipulating and analysing large data sets. The role sits in the centre of the business as a critical information point for the investor relations team and it is therefore important you are a calm and considered communicator capable of interacting across all areas of the business.
