Typically, our two-year programmes are made up of three eight-month placements - in different AXA operating companies and, in some cases, even at an AXA office overseas. From the off, you'll get involved in challenging, stretching work, in a supportive and stimulating environment. We also send all of our new graduates to our Global Headquarters in Paris where you will spend one day mixing with other AXA graduates from around the world and hearing from our Global Leaders. You will then spend an additional two days at a chateau outside of Paris that doubles as one of our learning centres, where you will work on core elements of graduate development together. Looking to the future AXA is proud to be a partner in two of the three driverless cars projects funded by the Government - Venturer in Bristol and UK Autodrive in Milton Keynes.
