Our 18 month graduate programme
The programme offers you the chance to gain exposure to senior leaders, develop excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and gives you the opportunity to gain real breadth and experience in a function. You will be expected to take on responsibility and contribute from day one and will be given all the training and support you need to succeed.

Executive Project: as part of your learning and development you will be given a real project to work on from our Senior Executive.
Mentor: you will be assigned a senior mentor from your function to provide guidance and support.
Onboarding: you will have a tailored onboarding experience where you will be given all the information you need to make your first weeks at Bayer a success.
Functional/Soft skill development: as part of your rotational program you will be given training to support you specifically in your roles. You will also come together over the 18 months for core Leadership training, soft-skill development and career planning workshops.
Bayer's corporate university (the Bayer Academy) builds leadership and general management competence as well as functional expertise through high-impact and strategy and business-aligned learning opportunities.
