Our fully mentored 3-year Advance finance programme will put you front and centre, as you rotate you will develop an incredibly broad set of skills as well undertake either the CIMA or ACCA qualification - all with the aim of accelerating your career. The programme is designed for you to take on real positions from day one, with real responsibilities, not simply shadowing someone else.
There is plenty to get excited about - we last year acquired one of Brazil's largest soft drinks companies, invested £150m+ in our UK manufacturing infrastructure, launched our biggest ever innovation drive and introduce new products into several international markets
As you progress, you will work across a number of finance functions, actively taking a role in decision making, commercial development, strategy and planning - across such areas as commercial, financial control, supply chain, group/PLC, FP&A and International. We will also fully fund your CIMA or ACCA studies and provide support, study leave and workshops - plus offer personal development through Britvic success planning.
Our Advance Programme will put you front and centre.
Focus:
As you progress you will gain a very broad set of skills, actively taking a role in decision making, commercial development, strategy and planning - across such areas as commercial, financial control, tax, brand and product, investor relations, supply chain, group/PLC, shared services, manufacturing and FP&A and international.
CIMA/ACCA study:
We will fund and support your fully qualified CIMA/ACCA studies, with additional mentoring, study leave and workshops. We have been running a study programme for several years, so you will be able to pull on a lot of resources internally, including our current graduates, to ensure you progress effectively.
Locations:
Your rotations will give you the chance to spend dedicated time within our various UK & Ireland sites. Each rotation is 1 year in length, and that time will be spent at either our head office in Hertfordshire, finance support office in the Midlands or Ireland head office in Dublin.
Future:
We have some very exciting plans ahead, from our 2020 Vision and beyond, and we'll need new ideas and dynamic people to make them a reality. Our aim is for you to take on leadership positions at the end of the Programme, in an area that you excel and thrive in. The FMCG sector is one of the most exciting in the world, and for those that challenge the norm, and continually evolve, there is great success to be gained.
