THE ROLE: You do not need any experience for this position The Role: We are looking for an individual that would enjoy working within a high growth environment and is looking to assume responsibility overtime for part of the L&D programme in London/Newcastle. Initially this role will be focused on delivering our successful academy program that has been developed by the directors of the business, delivering 1-on-1 coaching and continuing to develop and create materials and modules to support our learning program. This position will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development and the Senior members of the business. You will get all of the training you need in order to learn on the job and develop in your own career as well as playing an integral part in the growth & development of the business. We’re looking for someone that will embody our core values in particular, 'getting the job done'; 'being market experts'; 'collaboration & support - being human' Responsibilities: Help to deliver our Academy Program to our inexperienced recruitment hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the recruitment industry. Provide 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship. Support the creation of Learning modules and structures for best practice and upskilling within Recruitment Development of training and coaching framework and strategies that are scalable across the business as we grow. Organize and manage training schedules and daily plans Work with external consultants when necessary to further our knowledge and ability to deliver high quality training What we are looking for from you: NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Preferably this role will be someone who has just graduated and looking for a career in Learning and Development Someone who genuinely enjoys and can adapt to a fast pace working environment Someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to doing the best job possible Passionate about making a positive impact to an individuals career/personal development Very strong organisation & time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Confident public speaker
