A reputable and rapidly expanding company based in Thetford, with offices located throughout the UK, have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. As part of a close-knit team of three, within our broader organisation, your responsibilities will include: • Managing the payment process. • Maintaining a robust monthly cash flow. • Inputting billing information into client systems. • Following up on payment approvals post-processing. • Ensuring accurate invoicing by our finance team. • Reconciling monthly remittances. • Verifying the accuracy of data entry. • Coordinating with sub-contractors to obtain applications. • Issuing payment certificates and ensuring they are assigned to finance. • Keeping internal job systems updated and accurate on a daily and monthly basis. • Ensuring correct revenue capture. • Conducting reconciliations following Month-End activities. The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 bachelor's degree or equivalent, possess a full UK driving license, and while experience in an administrative, financial, or commercial role is advantageous, it is not essential. This role is perfect for someone with strong relationship-building skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
