During their programme, our graduates will have a dedicated mentor from the business, to support and guide the start of their career with us. Throughout the 12 months, our graduates will take part in key leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types and more, all to support their development with us. You will be responsible for assisting the food service within one of our food and beverage outlets to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience Youll also have the opportunity to work in different departments, experiencing varying styles of service and guest requirements, working towards supervisor level Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day.
