This means that even if you don't know exactly where your career is heading you have the opportunity to experience a range of different roles without having to narrow your options too early.The programme will begin in September 2011 and over the course of the two years' you'll experience several placements - within different departments. These will be in live roles with real business challenges, projects, opportunities and responsibilities. It's a steep learning curve, and there will be a lot to learn however you will be fully supported.Your development will begin by putting together your own Personal Development Plan. Your line manager and your mentor will help and coach you on this, but the most important thing to remember is that you drive your own development. You'll look for opportunities to continually develop and stretch yourself, learning from the great talent that you'll find all around you in our business. In fact, you'll keep on trying to gain as much from your experience as you can.Induction Your first day with us will be spent finding out more about Daniels Group on the company welcome. At the beginning of each placement you will have a full induction in to your new department - introducing you to the team, your role and also providing you with any specific training relevant to this area.Structured Training To support you in your placements there will be structure training offered to not only support your personal development but also your technical development. You may also receive support for professional qualifications on certain programmes.Mentor You will have a designated mentor from our senior management team who is outside of your department. They are there to provide guidance; to act as a 'sounding board' when you need advice and to support you beyond the scheme in developing your career within Daniels. Quick Faq's:What is the eligibility criteria? The minimum criteria for the scheme is a 2.1 degree, (obtained or predicted), in any discipline and 300 UCAS points or equivalent.Closing date for applications: The closing date is 28th February 2011.Positions start date: The roles will start at the beginning of September 2011.
