Job description – Graduate Administrator In this Graduate Customer Success Executive role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative functions across the department. This role has a real client focus and will require the successful candidate to be looking after a customer portfolio daily. Therefore you will need an excellent telephone manner, a keen eye for detail, and a sense of satisfaction problem problem-solving for your customer base. Key responsibilities – Graduate Administrator Collecting, managing, and inputting accurate customer data from your client base. Monitoring your customers' needs, effectively managing their requirements and product needs. Working closely with other departments to ensure your customer base is serviced effectively. Ordering items on behalf of your customer, as and when you're instructed. Managing all customer communication - being their first point of contact as and when you're needed. Keeping on top of all client admin, making sure data is recorded on the company CRM. Job requirements – Graduate Administrator Ideally a 2.1 in any degree No experience is needed, but keen to gain commercial experience in Customer Support. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. A positive, can-do attitude. Good organisational and planning skills. Great attention to detail. A team player with interpersonal and collaboration skills. Able to demonstrate prioritisation skills when multi-tasking. Ability to work collaboratively with third parties to supply consumable items.
