Location: Romford Salary: £85 - £130 per day Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate LSA to join our secondary schools in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education and make a meaningful impact on students' learning and development. As a Graduate LSA, you will work closely with students, teachers, and the SEN team to support learning across various subjects. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with SEN. Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management. Encouraging student engagement and participation in lessons. Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Supporting students with their social and emotional development. Monitoring and tracking student progress in collaboration with teachers. Requirements: A degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, or related fields are advantageous). A genuine passion for working with young people. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and work collaboratively with teachers and support staff.
