Accounts Assistant - Entry Level Are you an Accounting & Finance Graduate seeking your first accounts position? We have an exciting entry level Accounts role based with a well-established company in Basildon. This is a temporary-permanent role, and you must be available to begin immediately. You must have a degree within Accounting & Finance and AAT Level 2, 3 or 4. Full training will be provided and duties will include: Opening and credit checking new customer accounts Maintaining the mailboxes in relation to any queries Chasing overdue invoices and obtaining payment dates where possible Raising and sending out invoices and credit notes accordingly Allocating cash to customer accounts as per payments received Liaising with other members of the team and customers to resolve queries Ad hoc purchase ledger and accounts administration dutiesThis role will offer you a supportive team environment with on the job training and a clear progression pathway. Salary 22k-23.5k DOE.
