          At entry level you can expect to earn between £21,500 and £25,000 a year, increasing to £26,000 to £34,800 after a couple years of experience.

          What qualifications does an Occupational therapist need?

          To become an occupational therapist, you must have a degree in occupational therapy as recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council. This can take the form of an undergraduate degree or a postgraduate qualification.

          You must also then register with the HCPC and pass background checks.
