Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Chesterfield based – requires a car – up to £575 per week Do you hold a degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, have access to a car, and a full UK driving licence? Are you highly organised, self-motivated, and able to structure your own day, working both in a school setting and visiting students in their homes? A Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) is looking for an enthusiastic and resilient Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This specialised role supports students who have been excluded from mainstream schools due to behavioural or other complex issues. The successful candidate will work with students in small groups at the PRU and on a 1:1 basis, often travelling to students' homes to deliver personalised lessons. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for managing your own schedule, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to re-engage with their learning.
