By working with the Inclusion Manager and class teachers, you will monitor and forward the academic, social, and personal progression of pupils who speak 'English as an Additional Language'. The experienced SENCO will teach you about the excellent provision in place for SEN pupils, and you will deliver support to these pupils and help them make progress in academic, social, and emotional aspects.
