My career with Meridian Productivity started with no knowledge of productivity and a limited understanding of the health care sector. Through a comprehensive training programme and one to one coaching on the job and an ethos of progression based on merit I am now a Senior Productivity Specialist able to manage and build relationships with clients at an executive level, run workshops with Senior Management Groups and take responsibility for project delivery.
