Graduate Recruitment Consultant Manchester City Center £25,000 Commission Our client are at the forefront of tech recruitment being one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the world. Due to their most recent success and growth plans they are looking for 4 graduates to join their team, recruiting in the AI & Data spaces. So what is recruitment? Recruitment is the active pursuit, attraction, and hiring of individuals to occupy open positions within a company. This process encompasses pinpointing the personnel requirements of an organisation, discovering potential candidates, and choosing the most fitting individuals to become part of the workforce. A Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for: · Generating new sales and leads. · Following up all potential sales leads. · Liaising with new and existing clients. · Interviewing and registering new candidates. · Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies. · Building strong candidate relationships. · Conducting reference calls. · Updating our CRM system on a regular basis. · Compliance and industry knowledge. This position requires no prior experience, or particular degree/area of study. Full training and development will be provided.
