Graduate Electronic Engineer Start Date: Sept 2025 Base location: Great Baddow (Chelmsford) Role Profile We are looking for graduates to work on developing innovative mission critical technology and products for our customers. Applications include high performance networking, space systems, software radios and underwater systems. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of a project team who will coach you on the day to day skills required to work closely with our customers. You might be designing RF/digital electronics or developing software/firmware targeted at a wide range of devices ( e.g. FPGAs, ARM processors, GPUs, microcontrollers ). You could be involved in designing signal processing algorithms or researching new and exciting areas of science and technology. You will be part of our Future Talent community, which organises training, networking and social events to get involved with. We will support you with a career mentor who will guide you through your career as it develops, and we will encourage you to work towards professional registration and get involved in engineering outreach activities to inspire future generations of engineer. Who are we looking for? Enthusiastic about technology with a passion for understanding how things work Good understanding of Electronic Engineering Keen interest in Science and Technology Electromagnetics, Robotics, Optics, Machine Learning, Applied Maths and/or Physics Entry Requirements On track to achieve/already achieved 2:2 degree typically with an Engineering or Physics background, but we would also welcome applications from Mathematicians looking to apply their knowledge You will need to have graduated within the last 3 years Eligible for a Government Security Clearance What’s in it for you?
