Within three to four years you can expect to be a lead consultant, managing a team to deliver results. We also have a strong culture of openness, support and problem sharing, so help and advice from experienced consultants and directors is always on hand. You'll learn fast. During the early part of your career your development will be guided by one-on-one mentoring from the lead consultant on site. Each employee has an individual development plan and a Development Manager who focuses on longer term career aspirations.
