NSB Recruitment have an exciting opportunity working for a leading player in the environmental sustainability sector. They are seeking a graduate level Sustainability specialist with some relevant experience in the sector. You will join their team in Cardiff & play a pivotal role in supporting the management and implementation of environmental programmes, ensuring effective communication and continual improvements in sustainability. You will be part of a team that collaborates with various specialists and stakeholders, providing a comprehensive approach to environmental management. The mission is to support customers in achieving their sustainability goals. The role offers flexibility with options to work remotely and from their Cardiff office. You will need a valid driving license & be happy to travel to clients sites/ offices across the UK as required. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will lead the drafting of communications, tracking actions, supporting audits, and reviewing evidence. Your role will be crucial in engaging with operational stakeholders, assessing environmental aspects, and assisting in the operation of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standard management systems. My client requires a candidate with a degree or equivalent qualification, proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in environmental sustainability, self-directed research, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is essential. Knowledge of environmental standards and auditing is desirable.
