Entry Level Geo-Environmental Engineer Location: Watford Reference: BY1476 Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 This is an exciting opportunity for a recent geotechnical engineering, environmental science, geology, geoscience or civil engineering graduate to join a team of specialist Ground Investigation consultants near to Watford. The position provides excellent opportunities for specialist training amongst a consultancy with 120 years of expertise, allowing for career development, varied projects and industry networking. The successful Entry Geo-Environmental Engineer will be working on a wide variety of projects, including residential, industrial and commercial Ground Investigations. You'll be supervising rigs, writing factual and interpretive reports, soil sampling, rock logging, groundwater and gas monitoring and ensuring projects run efficiently by following guidance and focusing on training. To be considered for the Entry Level Geo-Environmental Engineer role you must: Have a degree in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering (with a focus on ground investigation and soil mechanics), geology, environmental science, geoscience or a similar subject with a focus on contaminated land. Be commutable to Watford and the surrounding area. Hold a full and valid UK driving licence (essential). Have the full right to work in the UK. Experience in geotechnical or geo-environmental engineering is preferred but not essential.
